The purpose of our chapters' scholarship programs is to promote engineering as a rewarding career choice and to attract qualified persons to practice engineering. By awarding scholarships, (renewable for up to four consecutive years) our chapters hope to raise public awareness of engineering and provide a public service to our Community.

Scholarships are awarded each year to local high school students who will be attending a college or university with an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited engineering program in the fall. Students must remain in the engineer program in order to renew
the scholarship.
